South Ham

From the archive, first published Tuesday 30th Jan 2007.

BUSY: It's been a while since I've written this column, but I'm back.

I've been extremely busy with the charity work I do lately and, as no one has come forward with any news, I haven't written any.

If you have any news or events you would like mentioned in this column, get in touch on the number above, 01256 412872, or by e-mailing me at thegeneral_1964@hotmail.com

PARKING on pavements: You've probably seen my campaign in the paper recently, so please have consideration for pedestrians.

A BIG thank you: Goes to all those responsible and considerate dog owners out there for cleaning up after their dogs.

It's nice to see that more people are making an effort and it is appreciated.

NEIGHBOURHOOD Watch: If you're interested, call me and I'll give you details.

TUESDAY afternoons: Go along and meet the community wardens and other residents in South Ham for a free cuppa and a chat at the Howard Park Pavilion, from 2pm to 3.30pm, and meet new people.
