QUIZ night: The Old Basing Schools Parent Teacher Association is holding its new year quiz night on Friday, February 9, at 8pm, at Old Basing Infant School, and is reminding parents to submit their team entries.

The evening has a "Hollywood" theme and there will be prizes for the winning team and best fancy dress/ table decoration.

BARN dance: Some tickets are still available for the Beer and Wine Circle barn dance on Saturday, February 3, from 8pm until midnight, in Old Basing Village Hall.
